Ceramic painting parties bring colour, creativity and easy fun to any event. Whether you’re planning a children’s birthday, baby shower, hen do, family get‑together or a team building day. Everyone can dive into the paints, enjoy some relaxed creative time, and take their finished piece home at the end of the session. Best of all, there’s no clean‑up for you!
Flexible packages to suit all kinds of groups and occasions
All packages include aprons (request for adults), table coverings, palettes, brushes, a full range of paints, spray sealant, and take‑home bags.

Group Bookings
Recommend paint time is a minimum of 2.5 hours. Time required can vary for larger groups. A minimum of 30 mins will also be added before and after* to allow time for setup and sealing of items.

Children's Parties
Suitable for ages 5+ an adult MUST be present for the duration of the party.

Additional Information
Booking Fee

A £25 non‑refundable booking fee is required to secure your date

This fee is deducted from your final bill

Dates cannot be held without payment of the booking fee
Cancellation Policy

The lead booker (name on the invoice) must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel an event
-
Failure to provide the required notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee, as short‑notice cancellations make it unlikely that we can refill the slot
Discounts

5% discount for groups of over 25 painters

10% discount for groups of over 40 painters

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Hourly rates are excluded from all discounts
Travel

Based in Deemouth Artist Studios, Aberdeen

Available for hire across the North East of Scotland

No travel charge for events within Aberdeen

£10 travel fee for locations within a 15‑mile radius

For distances beyond 15 miles, please enquire for a quote
Rates & Timing
-
Flat rate of £10 per hour for all bookings, including set‑up time
-
We require a minimum of 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the painting session for set‑up, tidy away and sealing items

Larger groups of 15+ require 45 minutes

Example: A 2.5 hour painting session = 3.5 hours total

Hourly charge: £35 (in addition to per‑person rates and any travel fees)
Location Requirements

The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the venue

Please ensure the space has enough tables and chairs for all painters

Up to 3 large tables (approx. 6 painters per table)

3 foldable units for displaying paints and ceramic items
