An extension may only be offered if there is available space in the following session. This is not guaranteed, and we are under no obligation to provide additional time. - If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us by email, through our website, or by message at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no‑shows, are not eligible for a refund, as the full session fee is taken at the time of booking. - If you book a session within 24 hours of the start time, cancellation or rescheduling is not available due to the short notice period. If you cancel or do not attend a booking made within this 24‑hour window, the full session fee remains non‑refundable.
